Bio
Victoria V. Blazheva is First Vice President, Director Strategy and Business at UniCredit Bulbank. She works with the bank's teams and the top management in the creation and implementation of the bank's strategy. She is also responsible for the coordination in the implementation of the ESG strategy as part of the business and activities of the bank. She is the creator of the podcast of the bank ESGpresso for sustainable development of people, organizations and businesses. Prior to that, she was the Bank's Communications Director for more than 10 years. Victoria teaches corporate communications at the Bulgarian office of the London School of PR.She actively supports the civil sector as a member of the Board of Directors of the Trust for Social Achievement, a member of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, on the board of the Harvard Club of Bulgaria and others.
Victoria has an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in responsible and sustainable government at Sofia University. She recently graduated from Judge Business School's Circular Economics and Sustainability Strategies program and Harvard Business School's Sustainable Business Strategies program. He has certificates in Data analysis for managers from the London School of Economics, specializations in business programs at Stanford University and HBS, as well as Fintech and Open Banking at the Center for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship and others. She speaks English and Italian.
